Do I need to live nearby to book?
No. Our practitioners work with clients virtually via telehealth, so you can meet from wherever you are.
Do I have to do DexaFit testing first?
Not at all. Testing is never required to book a consultation. If you have tested with us, your results can add helpful context, but they are optional.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept HSA and FSA payments. If you would like to be reimbursed through your insurance, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider, though we cannot guarantee coverage. We also accept alternative payment options, for example CareCredit and Afterpay.

What happens after I book the consultation?
You will receive new-client paperwork by email. Please complete it at least 24 hours before your appointment so your practitioner can review your history in advance and make the most of your time together. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Less than 24 hours notice results in a $60 appointment fee.
Is this a replacement for my regular doctor?
No. This is an independent functional longevity medicine practice meant to complement, not replace, the care of your primary physician.
